Your responsibilities

  • Researching, designing, implementing, and managing Microservices.
  • Produce clean, efficient code.
  • Critical and analytical thinking.
  • Gather and evaluate user feedback
  • Integrate software components and third-party APIs.
  • Use cutting edge technologies like Golang, k8s, docker, AWS.
  • Work with various communication protocols such as MQTT, Raw TCP, OPC-UA.
  • Working closely with other developers, UX designers, engineers, business and systems analysts.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience with any of the following: Java, Golang, Python, C/C++, PHP, C.
  • Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
  • Experience with Relational databases such as PostgreSQL, TimescaleDB, MySQL, etc.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience working with version control.
  • Experience with REST API design and implementation.
  • Self-starter and comfortable in a late stage startup company.
  • Good command of English – both written and verbal.
  • Experience in front-end technologies, including but not limited to JavaScript, AJAX, HTML
  • Experience with CSS preprocessors – SCSS
  • Understanding of build tools such as Webpack or Vite

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with IoT or Robotic systems.
  • Bachelor or Master degree in IT field or similar.
  • Experience with AWS.
  • Golang experience.
  • Experience with MQTT.
  • Typescript experience
  • Microservices integration.

REGIONAL SALES MANAGER – CEE

Your responsibilities

  • Responsible for turnover and margin with respective customer portfolio within the region of responsibility.
  • Ensure sales targets by increasing share of wallet with existing customers and developing potential new ones.
  • Actively manage our customer portfolio focusing on large accounts.
  • Develop, implement and follow-up on customer strategy for defined customer portfolio.
  • Identify additional business opportunities with existing customers and take action.
  • Conduct regular customer visits and establish close relationships.
  • Present, discuss, adjust and follow-up on technical and commercial solutions with the end-user and all relevant parties.
  • Ensure and achieve, with large end-users, that Blueberry is the preferred supplier and that Blueberry products and solutions are specified as preferred.
  • Develop, implement and follow-up on influencer development plan for defined local key influencers.
  • Identify, visit regularly and win the main decision makers within a vertical or within key influencer organization.
  • Plan and organize key influencer events; participate if required in trade shows, congresses and support PR activities.
  • Support Account Management upon request of customers in vertical specific or complex project solutions.
  • Develop, implement and follow-up on business development approach for key verticals.
  • Generate, follow-up and win project leads within the region of responsibility.
  • Support product launch in 11 CEE countries.

Required Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

  • Bsc in Business Development, Marketing and/or Engineering.
  • Profound knowledge about IoT and Industry 4.0.
  • Experience in the field – 3+ years.
  • Fluency in English. German is a plus.
  • Great negotiation, social and presentation skills.
  • Professional MS Office knowledge.
  • Ready for extensive traveling 60% of the working time.
  • Driver’s licence, B category.
  • Startup and entrepreneurial mindset.

  • Developing machine learning algorithms for value prediction and image recognition.
  • Selecting features, building and optimizing classifiers using machine learning techniques
  • Data mining using state-of-the-art methods
  • Extending company’s data with third party sources of information when needed
  • Enhancing data collection procedures to include information that is relevant for building analytic systems
  • Processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis
  • Doing ad-hoc analysis and presenting results in a clear manner
  • Creating automated anomaly detection systems and constant tracking of its performance

Required Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

  • Excellent understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms, such as k-NN, Naive Bayes, SVM, Decision Forests, etc.
  • Experience with common data science toolkits, such as R, Weka, NumPy, MatLab, etc. Excellence in at least one of these is highly desirable
  • Great communication skills
  • Experience with data visualisation tools, such as D3.js, GGplot, etc.
  • Proficiency in using query languages such as SQL.
  • Experience with NoSQL databases, such as MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.
  • Good applied statistics skills, such as distributions, statistical testing, regression, etc.
  • Good scripting and programming skills
  • Data-oriented personality
