The Challenge

A prominent gas distributor and trader, TiBiEl ltd. recognized a major bottleneck in their workflow. Their employees had to use an absurd amount of software, websites, and data sources to conduct their everyday activities. This meant that they had to get accustomed to multiple user interfaces and user flows for each system they used, which is highly inefficient and unproductive. In addition, some crucial systems they relied on provided less than desirable performance, with down times & slow loading times. They saw the return-of-investment for a customized software solution, which provided all the tools they needed in one complete package. That’s where we came in. 

The Solution

After understanding our client’s requirements, we set our minds on creating the product they envisioned. Together we identified the tools and data that were essential to the activity of TiBiEl’s employees and after months of collaborative work we created a system which combined multiple modules. 

Predictive AI Model: 

• A complex neural network, combining multiple predictive algorithms for gas transport data, weather data, lng shipments, as well as market data 

Autonomous Trading Bot: 

• Built on top of our AI Model to automate the menial tasks of gas traders and maximize profits 

Gas Infrastructure & Transport Data: 

• Map of every point & pipe in the European Gas Infrastructure 
• Transport data, including Physical Flow, Nominations, Renominations, Capacities, etc. 
• Urgent Market Messages, containing information about scheduled & emergency interruptions of certain infrastructure 

Weather Data: 

• Historical weather data 
• Correlation between temperatures and gas prices and supply

LNG Data: 

• Locations of LNG Tankers 
• ETA and destinations for every LNG tanker, as well as the carrying capacity of each tanker.

Financial Data: 

• Multiple Gas Markets from an industry-leading data provider 
• Gas Instruments & Indexes
